Have been out every night and yet to see any significant activity around Morrilton. Then again have not seen any bucks, but does seem calm (and plentiful) as usual.

Well as for me on Oct 31 I saw a young buck chase a doe to my food plot and checked her out and left. I also have a trail came on my plot and have only seen a spike and does in all of october. Then on Nov 3 I saw a 8 point just after dark and then to my suprise at about midnight a 12 point with split brows came in and had his picture taken. Looks like they are on the move in White county in my area.

I think the deer are definitely entering pre-rut. I saw a fork-horn chasing a doe last night. He let out a few grunts but acted more playful than anything ... didn't seem like he was that serious.

Hunting Winona WMA, about 5 miles west of the entrance on hwy 9. Deer are obviously nocturnal this week. I have seen more deer on the side of the road before daylight and after dark than I've seen in the woods. Last Wednesday I did see a small 8-pointer following a trail. I've seen numerous rubs, but very few deer in the woods in the daytime. My opinion is that they are gearing up for the rut.

Used some Tinks Scrape Starter a week ago and layed out about 5 scrapes. Went out yesterday to check out how they looked and all of them were cleaned out and it was obvious they were being used. I also noticed mutiple new rubs in the area. Looks like first weekend of MG season may be a good one as i have noticed deer moving more during the daylight hours.

North of Jerusalem,Ar I have a small food plot and cam set and in the last week have seen a lot of nice bucks on cam, most appear to be fighting. I have had cam out since first week of october and up till about 2 weeks ago had only does and small deer. then in the last 2 weeks or so, there have been several larger buck and several spikes show up in the dark hours only. Some does and smaller deer still show up in the daylight hours. I have noticed several active scrapes around the area. I have not seen any bucks chasing does yet, but I expect it to start with in the next few days!!

They are definitely late pre-rut in Central Arkansas ... in my opinion. Making lots of scrapes and responding to mock scrapes. Saw a BIG buck cross a field about 3:00 this afternoon with his nose to the ground hot on a doe's trail.

I am in the Morris School area of White County.
I have 2 food plots with New Zealand White Clover and the deer are using them at night.
I have 2 game camera's set up and am getting alot of does, and a few small bucks.
The Does in some of the pictures are looking into the timber like there is a bigger buck close by ready to move in.
I've seen one buck with 5 points on one antler but that's all he's got is one antler on the right side.

Hunting white county, I've seen lots of does and very few bucks. Two to three weeks ago there were deer all over the side of the road that had been hit by vehicles in white county. I'm begin to think that was the peak rut, not sure any feed back from other hunters would be great!

I've been out a lot bowhunting. I hunt along a rub line with approx. 30 rubs. I have only seen a chase one time about 3 days ago. In my opinion, the we are experiencing a very late rut due to the weather. I'm in pope county and it seems to be the most frustrating year ever!

GRANT COUNTY-Sheridian Area- Think the rut is at it's end. Last week their was still some chasing. Mainly younger bucks. All ground scrapes located around my stands have not been refreshed, no longer seeing the activity on roads on the morning drive, and the only deer i've seen this week have been young bucks and does seperated. The majority of deer i've seen this week have been mid day between 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. Monday I sat from daylight to dark and saw 16 in that time frame. Believe the big boys have went nocturnal:(

I've been hunting heavy. I haven't seen anything relating to rut in Lonoke County yet.

I have been hunting pretty hard in the St. Vincent area, and have seen a few bucks fighting on my game cam. I have had my game cam out since Oct. 28, the bucks I am seeing are just starting to split up. I think they are just now hitting the peak. They are now starting to move more during the day
