That looks like fun.  I'm going to have to try it sometime.  I've got a pond out front of my house and its got quite a few of these big guys in it.  They scare the crap out of me when they jump in the water as I walk by while I'm fishing.  

How do you cook yours?

God there is nothing better than frog giggin on a hot summer night with a case of cold beer. Before I know it I'm not scared of the snakes anymore, hahahaha.

I deep fry mine. I like them with a lot of creole spices and bread them as usual (milk, egg, flour) Love them with hot sauce. Kinda like eating chicken wings to me.
