Added a designated boundary for the south fork of the Ouachita River.Down stream from river bluff access to the Blakley Mountain Dam and the South Fork of the Ouachita River upstream to Hovel Branch .Smallmouth bass must be released immediately.in other areas the Smallmouth bass must be 12" or longer to keep and a limit of two.Anglers should not eat largemouth bass,flathead catfish,pickerel gar, bowfin because of mercury contamination.see page 47 of your fishing guide.
