got a new 2011 Bowtech Assassin last month with the RAK package. I upgraded the stabilizer and put a whisker buiscuit on it its a great bow... very light and smooth. high let off with zero creep. I am very happy with it so far.

After all the research I did, I am going to be getting my son the Bear Apprentice as well. Between the draw length adjustments (14"-27") to the poundage. I was told by my local Pro shop that just because it says it will go down to 20lbs, doesn't mean anything. They said they get them down to about 15lbs for younger shooters and then can go all the way up to 50lbs. AMAZING! I am hoping in the next couple of weeks, I can go buy one.

well we took the plunge and bought the apprentice. and he loves it it fits him well and the weight of the bow is perfect for a young shooter. it is actually a fairly fast shooting bow and smooth to draw and shoot. easy to adjust draw length and weight. over all i think any kid would be happy and comfortable with this bow i give it 2 thumbs up!

I got a Mathews Q2 for a great price; FREE!

This was sitting under the Christmas tree yesterday, and I could not be happier!
