From breast of dove use sharp knife and remove breast halves from bone.  Place jalepeno slice on each side of breast halve; wrap half slice of bacon, tightly, around halve to hold jalepenos in place; spear with one or two toothpicks to keep everything together.  Chill in refrigerator; when charcoal grill ready grill, then enjoy.

Duck breast halves same way except wrap them in foil to cook/steam a little more throughly.

very good recipe, we marinate ours in italian but everything else is identical. Can't beat bacon wrapped dove
