I know the weather is getting colder at night and i've never made chili before so i was wondering if somone had a great chili recipe?  I love mexican food and anything that's hot, so the more zesty the recipe the better.

Here's my recipe.  I just finished making a large pot!
3-3 1/2 pounds of venison hamburger
2 packages of Williamson Chili seasoning mix in foil packets
1 large can of petite diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
3 cans of dark red kidney beans (if you like beans in your chili.....I do)
4-6 ground up large Jalipeno chili peppers
1 medium size choppped up onion

Brown venison hamburger in electric frying pay and then pour into a large cooking pot.  Add Jalipeno peppers, onion and chili seasoning.  Stir completely.  Add tomatos, tomato sauce and beans.  You may add a little water as you rinse out the cans.  Simmer until hot and some of the liquid cooks off.

Great stuff!!  I like it "Hot" also.  The flavor will make you "slap your momma"!    Want it hotter??  Add more peppers.....they give it a good flavor.  Good Luck........gotta go have some chili !!
