I hunt in Lonoke and White County mostly. I hunted tonight (Thursday, Oct 28), and I saw 11 doe and 1 buck. The cold has them moving. I am hoping to get into to bow range of one of those old wise bucks.

Woo Hoo. Saw deer for the first time in a month when the cold front came thru. Saw one last night, that was out of bow range. Hopefully it will be a great weekend. Go Hogs beat Vandy!!!!!

Seen a few more deer tonight....within bow range just not the one I am lookin for.  Glad to see them finally movin

Saturday morning they were moving good i did not even hunt was just doing final prep on my stands for gun season had my little dog with me about 20 yards from my camper at 7:00 i saw a big doe went out did my work came back to camp and had a small doe walk 10 yards from the camp fire about 9:30 man it was nice seeing that frost for a change .

calling for 50's and 30's later toward the weekend so i'm really hoping that holds. should be another good weekend if it does, deer will be moving
