Dave,

You're at a little bit of a disadvantage in that part of the state as far as public land goes, that's for sure. However, there are some big deer there. I would start my search with White Rock WMA if I were you. You also have Beaver Lake WMA, which is in Benton County as well.

hey dave i live close to bella vista and have hunted there for yeaqrs but you can only hunt in city limits with a bow. there are other places to rifle hunt than white rock but you have to draw for a permit earlier in the year so unless you can find a generous person to let you hunt their land you will have to make the drive to gun hunt...

Hey dave i talked to my buddy and he said you can bow hunt in bella vista on common property (property owned by bella vista) you can not gun hunt anywhere in the city limits. there is alot of common property in b.v. So good luck this yr whatever you decide to do

hey dave what kind of bow did you buy? where did you buy it? i recently bought a new 1 myself. I would not recomend letting the guy @ hook line and sinker work on it. they have an awesome bow shop @ ozark sportsman in tontitown....
