Very cool Kevin.

I was researching hunting leases in Illinois and ran into a fella that asked me if I wanted to see his horns he found. He found these deer locked together, I forget how many inches he told me.

My sunglasses are at the base for perspective.

The guy that found the horns in Illinois did keep them, he had to check them with the game warden. He tried to auction them off on ebay and found out that is illegal. I forget how much he said he would take for them.

He found them on public ground near Cape Girardeau.

Is it illegal under an eBay regulation or a MDC regulation?

Good question. I know you can sell antlers by the pound here.

I don't remember what the problem was exactly, might have been bs. I think ebay sent him a message to remove the post.

I tried to pimp my turkey to Bass Pro and they would only buy a mounted bird. After some thought I have decided to display the bird on my wall. They told me that the bird could be displayed at any Bass Pro. I thought it would be cool to have my turkey on display in Springfield, but I think my house is better.
