Actually just put up a poll on this in the deer hunting section. Not many votes yet but the choices give you some options to think about.

Had planned on planting milo for an early deer plot/late duck plot.  Luckily we never got it planted, the area is now under about 10 feet of backwater.  Will go back with millet later.  It seems all of my food plots are underwater or inaccessable due to the water.  Small set back, at least its not my house.  Imperial clover is always a good idea, very high in protein (33%).  Deer need the groceries now for antler growth.

Planted a mix about 3 weeks back and was glad to see the recent rains, but i  still got to get some turnips and clover planted and then a little later i will plant some rye grass and winter wheat and cover it with a little 13-13-13 and lime mixture.
