Alright, I'm just down right pissed.  Excuse me whilst I vent.  I know I've posted on here the story of our duck hole being molested by spineless cowards about 7 yrs ago causing us to lose 2 pirogues, 2 dozen decoys, and a military grade net off our blind.  Well, fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, and there's gonna be hell to pay.  My brothers pirogue has officially been stolen.  Now, I know after the first time we should never leave ANYTHING out in the woods, so part of this situation is our own stupidity.  However, our duck hole is on private, posted land.  Not to mention that stealing from a man, especially his hunting gear, ranks right up there with stealing his wife or shooting his dog.  Okay, I'm done. angry4

Go afield with a good attitude, with respect for the wildlife you hunt and for the forests and fields in which you walk.  Immerse yourself in the outdoor experience.  It will clense your soul and make you a better person. - Fred Bear

That sucks. It is likely a local that has a familiarity with the land and your habits. You need some well hidden infrared trail cams. It doesn't matter what you have stolen from you... it will make you pissed every time.

I had a $60 chain hoist we used to hang our deer for skinning stolen about two weeks ago.  I can’t even figure out how they got it down, it was strapped to a purling 15' off the ground.  I try to never leave anything of value sitting around, but this is getting ridiculous.  Last year I had a SD card stolen out of one of my camera’s…guess that was just an honest trespasser trying to cover his tracks!
