Would anyone be interested in a 4300 acre duck/deer lease down around the Louisiana line? Half of it is wetlands and a 300 ac reservoir, the other half is rice fields. Also includes 13 pit blinds. The price is going to be $30/ ac.

How many people will be allowed on it? Is this for 2011-2012 or 2012-2013?

James, we are in the process of buying the property and could potentially be leased this year. As long as the price is right, you decide the amount of people who hunt. The only thing we require is record of what you kill and that you follow AGFC rules.

for a premium piece of property, that isn't too bad. I have seen and know of people that lease 1 pit out in 1 40 or 50 acre tract for 5-8k. Which comes out to 160 an acre

Now not saying i would lease the whole tract, maybe a couple hundred acres.

Does the price include pumping the fields/woods?  Any place to stay? Have any pics? What area of the AR/LA line?

The lease will include some pumping. It is in the SE corner of AR. I will post some photos later.
