Its been awhile since I been on. I have been traveling to fishing tournaments all summer and caught some bass won some money and now its time for those doves, ducks and deer to hit the ground in front of me. Everyone on this website has to share the same feeling of excitement and anxiety when that first bit of cool air blows our way...... it means time to get the guns sited in and the arrows straightin out. Good Luck to all I hope to see some pics of some big ones and maybe ill get lucky enough to post one myself.  blob8

This coming weekend is by far the greatest of the year.  Is there anything better than starting hunting season and football season at the same time.  Must have been designed by the good Lord.

Hey Duck_it, I live in Rville too. I don't dove hunt but I chase deer, turkey and any other critter that will come within bow range. Ducks are new but defnitely on the radar. I will be spending the next 2 months scouting around the river and Petit Jean for a place to do some quack wackin. Any tips would be much appreciated.

I'm totally stoked! Couldn't find a decent place for the goose opener. Guess I'll save that vacation day for the main season. Dove is Saturday and there were 150 where my chair is going to be.
