there is a website located here that you can report your banded birds to, the site does the same thing as calling the number, 1-800-327-BAND.

if you are unsure what type of band you have you can check out here

if you wait a fews after reporting you will get the certificate with the date, location, etc of the when the bird was banded.

I killed my first banded duck (wood duck) this past season and just got my certificate a few weeks ago. Taken at Felsenthal NWR (South Ark)...banded in...................North Carolina.  :lol:

wow pretty weird flight pattern for that guy, i have finally gotten the few we killed back, the three were banded way up north, cant remember where though

killed a banded snow goose earlier this year, banded in northern nunavunt canada,

long way to travel to die in a rice field
